Click the 'Continue with Google' button on the Login page. Select your Google account. Your account is created automatically on first sign-in — no separate registration needed.

Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. Enter your email address. A reset link will arrive within a few minutes. Check your spam folder too.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Profile. You can update your name and phone number there. You can also change your password from the same screen. If you signed in with Google, some fields are auto-filled.

Click the green 'New Request' button on the dashboard home page. Enter your subject and message. A team member will respond as soon as possible. You'll receive an email notification when they reply.

Go to Dashboard > My Quotes. You can see pending, approved, and expired quotes. Click on any quote card to view details and survey responses.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Notifications. You can toggle email and in-app notifications separately. Quote ready, support reply, and project update notifications can each be customized.

Verify your card details are entered correctly. Virtual or prepaid cards may cause issues. Complete the 3D Secure verification. If the problem persists, try a different card or open a support ticket.

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing. Click 'Add New Address' and fill in your details. You can add multiple addresses and set one as default.

Go to Dashboard > Receipts to view your full payment history. You can download the Stripe-generated receipt as a PDF for each payment.

Go to winvestour.com/small-business/get-started and click 'Get Started'. The 8-step wizard will guide you through the process. If you don't have an account, a registration step appears automatically.

If you chose your own domain in the wizard, go to Dashboard > Small Business > Domain for a step-by-step DNS guide. Nameserver or A record changes propagate within 24-48 hours at your domain provider.

Go to Dashboard > Small Business or visit /small-business/add-ons to see available add-ons. Click on the desired service and complete the purchase.
