Winvestour is a software company that builds products for people who want to take their business online. We have five products: Wommerce lets you build a free e-commerce website, Wocial runs your social media automatically with AI, Winfluencers pays you commission through your own coupon code, Wellers is our reseller program, and the Winvestour app brings everything together in one place. Hosting and domains are bought from the same account. All products are self-serve — we do not take on bespoke development projects.

Our products: Wommerce (free e-commerce website and mobile app), Wocial (AI social media automation), Winfluencers (influencer commission program), Wellers (reseller program) and Winvestour (the umbrella app that ties them together). Hosting, domains, a media library, invoicing and analytics come in the same panel. Everything is self-serve — no coding required.

Our products can be used from any country over the internet. The interface is available in 33 languages, with store and pricing localized for 61 countries. Our Android and Windows apps work with the same account.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe with credit or debit cards. The E-Commerce package has a fixed-price checkout flow. For project-based services, an order link is sent after the quote is approved.

Yes. You can add your billing address under Settings > Billing in the dashboard. After payment, an automatic receipt is sent to your email via Stripe.

For the E-Commerce package, a full refund is available if requested before development begins. After development starts, a deduction proportional to completed work applies. For project-based services, refund terms are defined in the contract.

Yes (from the Commerce plan). When you enable bank transfer, your bank/IBAN details are shown at checkout. After paying, the customer reports it from their account with a receipt reference; once you approve it, the order is marked paid and moves to the fulfillment/shipping stage.

An affordable mobile app solution for e-commerce. For a one-time fee of $200, a custom iOS and Android app is built for your brand. Optionally, Google Play Store publishing is available for an additional $100. Domain + hosting starts at $80/year.

The standard package is delivered in an average of 7-14 business days. Timing may vary based on selected features and content delivery. An estimated delivery date is communicated after you complete the wizard.

Yes. Three options are available in the wizard: (1) Free Winvestour subdomain, (2) Your own domain — DNS redirect configured, (3) New domain registration guidance. A step-by-step DNS guide is shown in the dashboard.

Yes. On the Free plan your store — products, categories, cart and order management — is free forever, and you can start taking card payments right away with the built-in POS. You can always move up to a higher plan as you grow.

Free: site builder + e-commerce + built-in POS. Starter: advanced page/block editor, AI design, custom domain. E-Commerce: basic accounting, bank transfer/EFT, automations and advanced tools. Pro: plugin marketplace, your own Stripe account, shipping integration and priority support.

The built-in POS lets you take card payments without any bank agreement. Your customer pays by card, the payment is processed securely — you just turn on your store and add products. On the Pro plan you can connect your own Stripe and run commission-free.

Yes — on the Pro plan you can connect your own Stripe from the plugin marketplace. Payments then land directly with you and you run without any platform commission.

On the Pro plan you can install add-ons for your store from the plugin marketplace: your own Stripe, DHL/UPS shipping, marketplaces like Trendyol/Amazon/Hepsiburada, live chat (JivoChat), marketing and analytics tools and more.

Yes. Every order sends a receipt to the buyer and a notice to you. On the Commerce plan you can also turn on abandoned-cart recovery (a reminder to shoppers who didn’t finish paying), shipping notifications and a post-delivery review request — each with one tap.

In the setup wizard you pick one of hundreds of sector designs; the content, colors and pages come ready-tuned to your industry. After publishing you can still edit every block in the advanced editor or generate a fresh design with AI.

Yes — you can move to a higher plan any time from the “Upgrade your plan” card in your app panel. You only pay the price difference between the plans; your data and site are kept exactly as they are.

Register with email & password or sign in with Google in one click at winvestour.com. During the E-Commerce wizard, a registration step appears automatically mid-wizard if you don't have an account.

View and approve quotes, open support tickets, track your E-Commerce app status, access receipts, manage billing addresses, and configure notification preferences.

Mr. W is our built-in AI assistant. It provides instant answers about services, pricing, and processes. Logged-in users get 20 messages per day. It gives context-aware guidance based on the page you're on.

Go to Dashboard > My Quotes to see your project's current status. You'll receive email and in-app notifications on status updates, which are customizable in Settings.

Yes. All our projects include a post-delivery revision phase. For the E-Commerce package, changes requested within 7 days of delivery are free. For project-based services, revision scope is defined in the contract.
