Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your Winvestour account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:
In the app: Settings > Profile
Sign in with your Winvestour account and open the Profile page under Settings.
Tap "Delete account"
Use the "Delete account" option at the bottom of the Profile page and confirm.
Or email us
If you can't access the app, email a deletion request from your registered address to info@winvestour.com.
What gets deleted
Your account details (name, email), brands, content, campaigns and all associated data are deleted. Only records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoicing/accounting documents) are retained for the period required by law and deleted afterwards. Requests are processed within 30 days.
